Welcome to Steady130’s dedicated page for workout mixes. Steady130 began as a forum to post cardio-friendly tracks at or above 130BPM. Eventually, we received requests to develop continuous 1-hour mixes that featured the songs we posted. Due to positive response, we created a dedicated site to feature our mixes.

New mixes will be posted every 1-2 weeks. If you have suggestions for a new workout mix theme or have any songs that you’d like to see featured on our mixes, you can reach us on our “Submit” or “Contact” pages.
